ACCOMMODATION refund or transfer of dates is not given for unexpected departures. Notice given 1 to 7 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be forfeited and reservation cancelled.

If the accommodation can be fully rebooked Option 1 and 2 below will apply. Cleaning and reletting costs will apply.

Notice given 8 day or more prior to arrival date.OPTION 1 $30 cancellation fee and the balance refundedOPTION 2 transfer of full deposit with no fee deducted to a client credit account to be used by the client within 24 months of original booking.
