If the accommodation can be fully rebooked Option 1 and 2 below will apply. Cleaning and reletting costs will apply.

OPTION 1 $30 cancellation fee and the balance refunded.
OPTION 2 transfer of full deposit with no fee deducted to a client credit account to be used by the client within 24 months of original booking.
